Thank you for your interest in Klarprofil. Protecting your personal data is important to us. Below we explain which data we collect, what we use it for and which rights you have.

2. Which data we process
When visiting the website: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type and operating system. This data is stored in server log files and deleted after 14 days at the latest.
When making an enquiry: name, e-mail address, company, optionally phone number, the link to your Google Business Profile and the content of your message.
When placing an order: additionally billing data, the reviews to be checked (publicly visible content), your statements regarding customer contact and the documentation of the case.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Provision of the website and ensuring security (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Handling your enquiry and carrying out the free first check (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
Performance of the contract, submission of reviews to the platform, billing (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
Fulfilment of statutory retention obligations (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).
4. Disclosure to third parties
To submit a review we transmit the necessary information to the platform operator (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). In addition we use processors for hosting, e-mail delivery and invoicing with whom contracts pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place. No data is passed on for advertising purposes.
5. Retention period
We delete enquiry data no later than six months after the end of communication if no order is placed. We retain order and billing data for the duration of the statutory retention periods (generally ten years).
6. Cookies and analytics

7. WhatsApp
If you contact us via WhatsApp, your data is transmitted to WhatsApp Ireland Limited. Please note WhatsApp's privacy information. For confidential documents we recommend contacting us by e-mail.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR). 9. Data security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access. Transmission is encrypted (TLS). Our servers are located in Germany.
10. Changes
We update this privacy policy when legal requirements or our services change. The version published on this page applies.
